This version of our Space Odyssey hoppy stout was dosed with guava purée after we discovered a large floating guava fruit in the center of the brewery. Citrus and piney hop aromas drift through a galaxy of dark chocolate and coffee flavors contributed by the roasted malts. A tangy, tropical fruit backdrop adds a refreshing finish to this complex stout.
