Our smooth and silky Cream Stout is dark and medium-bodied with a dominant but delicate coconut flavor contributed by the addition of 400 pounds of Organic coconut, which is over 16# per barrel. The additions of milk sugar (lactose) and pure vanilla extract enhance the perception of coconut flavors. The coconut flavor is balanced by flavors of caramel, bittersweet chocolate and light roast.
